The approach to teaching is personal, focussing on the individual student. Yoga is not for a group, it is only for personal or individual.

7.15 am class Start with Pranayama & Asanas (one hour)
8.15 am Tea break
8.30 am Sun Salutations or Moon Salutations or Yoga Asanas (One hour)
9.45 am Breakfast

FIVE DAYS YOGA NIDRA CLASS at 11:30 am ( 45 minute)
3.15 pm Tea Break
4 pm Yoga Asanas ( two hour session)
7:15 pm Dinner
