kalarippayattu Classes & Retreat
Kalarippayattu is a traditional martial art of kerala. There are three styles in this martial arts system. Northern , Middle kerala & Southern style . There is no belt level or grade level in Kalarippayattu , Burt there are three four Stages.
1, Meithari ( Flexibility stage)
2, Kolthari ( stick fight stage)
3, Ankathari ( Weaponary Stage)
4, Verum kai ( Bare Hand fight) ,
We offer here different courses in kalarippayattu. We give training in Northern and southern styles in kalarippayattu system.
There are two sub styles in northern kalari
1, Arappakai Style. ( it includes Kaal uyarthi payattu )
2, Pillathangi style ( it includes Kai Kuthippayattu)
Kaal uyarthi payattu & Kai Kuthi payattu, both are different flows, which helps to bring more stamina, power , flexibility & strength.
